This is a complimentary service offered to our customers while they take a look around. The best way to prevent knotting is to keep necklace clasped while not being worn.

We offer ring sizing (larger or smaller) on Sterling, 14/18K Gold, and Platinum rings. We use a laser welder to repair the metal to itself without the presence of solder. We are happy to quote you a price for complete sizing. Quotes will include tightening of any stones that will loosen during repair. This price varies on; width of the ring, how many rings, how many stones, numbers of sizes to be changed, and metal type. Your jewelry will remain on-site for all work done.

Ring Guards are also available as a non-permanent option. These prices start at $8, but are only a temporary solution.

1. Basic Cleaning - Complimentary/No Charge/ $0/Nada!
Includes: Round out ring (if needed), soft brush scrub, ultrasonic deep clean, steam heat, and visual check of prongs, stones, and condition of the ring.

2. Back to Factory Specs - Starts at $35 (Varies based on number of pieces and metal)
Includes: All steps of our Basic Cleaning, high speed polish, rhodium plating of white gold and sterling silver jewelry, tighten loose stones, and reset stones that may fall out (additional charges may apply if stone fell out because of broken/missing prongs).

Additional charges may apply for discovered problems during cleaning and maintenance process. No work will be started without customer knowledge and consent. Your jewelry will remain on-site for all work done.

We offer a large selection of earrings backs/posts to replace missing pieces. We offer Platinum, 18K/14K (White, Yellow, or Rose, Gold Filled, and Sterling Silver. We can also replace posts. Example; 1. You have friction posts, and want screw backs. 2. You have hooks and want a friction post.

Price varies based on metal, weight, and size of the piece. Your jewelry will remain on-site for all work done.

We offer two battery options. A regular battery and a lifetime option. We use the same battery, but with the lifetime option we replace it each time at no charge after initial payment.
